The BCSOT OTLine Newsletter is now circulated electronically and produced 4 times a year. BCSOT accepts graphic & text advertising.
The OTLine Newsletter covers a wide array of issues important to occupational therapists in BC: trends in treatment, accomplishments of our colleagues, current & upcoming events, links to information & resources, continuing education opportunities, job vacancies, research activities, health care services, and more.
OTLine Graphic Advertisements must be provided in PDF format and conform to size specifications detailed below. Dimensions include a border that must be visible in the ad. BCSOT will design ads for an additional $65 + GST layout fee.
Text Advertisements must be provided in a word/text document (do not include graphics/logos), rates per number of words are detailed below.
OTLine Educational listings. The OTLine newsletter and BCSOT website include a list of upcoming educational workshops/courses. Each listing contains a brief description including name of the workshop/course, dates, location and contact information. Educational workshop/course listings will get published in the Newsletter for FREE, space permitting. Text Advertising rates apply to Educational Conferences, Seminars & Symposiums (rates specified above). Text advertisements are guaranteed space. Please submit your materials via email to info@bcsot.org or contact BCSOT Office at 604-736-5645 for more information. The BCSOT Electronic Bulletin is circulated every two weeks via email, directly to all BCSOT Members. We accept text advertising, announcements, job postings and educational events (text only).

To purchase OT mailing lists, a sample of the mail content material must be submitted to BCSOT for approval. The BCSOT Mail List User Agreement must be signed by the purchaser prior to releasing the mailing list. BCSOT will provide the mailing list in excel spreadsheet format. The purchaser is responsible for the actual mail procedure.
